Soleil in coloured pencil

I might as well begin with a drawing of Soleil as a puppy. Coloured pencil on pastelmat paper. I'm going to try this again on Bristol or vellum, a smoother surface, as the waxy pencils and the rough surface of the pastelmat didn't marry as well as I would have liked.
